EasyScreenshot is an easy to use and handy software to take screenshots of your desktop. EasyScreenshot has 3 main techniques of taking the shot: 'FullScreen' for taking shots of the whole monitor, 'Selected Area' for a certain area to be take a shot of and 'WebPage shot' which takes a shot of a whole webpage instead of just parts.
EasyScreenshot has a built in TwitPic Uploader allowing you to upload your shots instantly to your Twitter or Ours.
