VidShot Capturer

VidShot Capturer is a program that enables you to record your computer screen in several ways.

The interface of the application is based on a small, simple window in which you have few options at your disposal.

You can capture the entire screen, a free region or a particular window. You can specify the frame rate.

All you have to do is set the output destination and name (the video will be saved in the AVI format), and initiate the recording process by pressing the "start" button.

VidShot Capturer automatically minimizes to system tray and you can stop the recording by clicking its icon or pressing the F9 key.

The software requires a high amount of system resources when it is compiling the video (low when it is in idle mode) and manages to keep a very good image quality in the output file. No errors have popped up during our tests and the program didn't freeze or crash either.

On the other hand, VidShot Capturer automatically overwrites files with the same name and doesn't give you possibility of excluding the mouse cursor from the recording.

In conclusion, VidShot Capturer is a simple-to-use and stable application for recording the screen (even if it lacks some necessary functions) and we strongly recommend it to all users.
