AVS Photo Editor is a feature-rich image editing application with support for BMP, ICO, WMF, EMF, JPEG, GIF, PNG, TIFF, PCX, TGA, RAS and RAW files. It provides you with presets and customizable options when it comes to white balance, tone correction, and other enhancement methods.

The installation procedure is speedy and shouldn't give you any trouble. As far as the interface goes, AVS Photo Editor opts for a large window with a dark theme and intuitively structured layout, which looks professional overall.
