Arlion Photo Debut

Arlion Photo Debut is a tiny application that allows you to rename, resize, add watermark or enhance your photos using one of the multiple filters and special effects available.

While it is user-friendly and organized, the interface can appear crowded when you open up the effects menus. The GUI is comprised of three main parts, namely the preview area, toolbar and the section that enables you to select an effect to use for your photos.

Depending on the filter you choose, the program provides you with several preset options that are displayed in a small, dedicated area. Without denying that you can get a general idea about what an effect is all about, it would have been nice if the program allowed you to analyze the presets more minutely in a larger panel or window.

The idea behind the utility is to help you to resize, rename, crop or add a filter that would make your images send out a powerful or dramatic message. Among the effects and filters that you can use, you can count background replacement, black and white, negative, shades of gray, cropping, zooming, blur, reflection, color correction, brightness and contrast.

Although the app includes a few presets, you can modify them even further by accessing the Settings window via the right mouse click.

The application allows you to process an entire photo album at the same time. Once you are satisfied with the modification, you can save the images in the desired location as TIFF, BMP, PNG, JPG, GIF or with their original file format. You should keep in mind that depending on the format and the storage location, you have several options at your disposal.

In the eventuality that you would like to make some minor modifications to your photos and you are not too keen on the post-processing phase, then perhaps Arlion Photo Debut might be the tool worth a try.
