CONTORT is a fun program for distorting and merging parts of pictures to produce surreal effects.

Create surreal images by exploding, imploding, nudging and twisting any part of the picture. Merge in parts of other images at any position without visible joins. Other features include: color blushing, inverse brightness, rotation, pencil draw effect.

Contort is a software that allows you to distort images and insert effects.

An interesting feature is the ability to remerge the finishing picture with one of the earlier 'source' images. Combining any or all of these features will create amazing weird and wonderful effects.

Try it with a close-up human portrait of a friend or family.

Windows clipboard support for copy/pasting to/from other applications.

More serious applications include hightlighting/lowlighting parts of images, merge-in/merge-out wanted/unwanted sections of pictures and more.

Here are some key features of "Contort":

· Change contrast and color in any part of a picture, useful to highlight areas.
· Edge-less blending of any part of an image to the same image or another image.
· Merge whole pictures with adjustable blending modes - useful for watermarking.
· Distort and warp any part of a picture.
· 'Paint' in using any elliptically shaped brush, parts of a picture to another picture.
