Working with digital images is a rather common activity nowadays and if you're on the look out for a photo editor, chances are you might came across this software solution called DreamLight Photo Editor. It is an application created in order to help you add a set of effects to any of your photos.
The program does have a decent lineup of photo effects, but they all look somewhat unprofessional and are more suited for children's drawings. In fact, the whole program seems to be addressed more to beginners, because even the interface is designed to be plain and easy to use.

You have the option to save the photo in two different formats, JPG and BMP, but, unfortunately there are absolutely no compression or quality settings to allow any customization of the output.
To sum things up, it's safe to say that DreamLight Photo Editor is nothing more than a fun, simple and easy to use application. It comes with a set of basic effects that can be added with minimal effort and requires only a small amount of system resources.
