Easy Gif Maker

As the name of this program implies, Easy Gif Maker allows you to create GIF animations from pictures of different file types, such as JPG, BMP, TGA, and PNG.

The interface of the tool is simplistic and easy to navigate through. Image files can be imported into the list by using the file browser only since the "drag and drop" method is not supported. Batch processing is allowed.

In the list you can check out the number and path of each file. After you press the "Save As Gif" button, you can specify the output directory and filename, before initiating the conversion task.

You can preview pictures in a built-in image viewer, set the size, quality and delay time of the GIF animation, remove an item from the list or clear the entire queue, move items up and down in the list, and more.

The simple-to-use program takes up a very low amount of system resources (which is barely noticeable), has a good response time, includes a comprehensive help file with snapshots for beginners, quickly finishes a task and manages to keep a very good image quality in the GIF animations.

On the other hand, the unregistered version has some irritating limitations and Easy Gif Maker seems to have some compatibility issues with Windows 7, since it crashed a couple of times out of the blue. Other than that, Easy Gif Maker comes packed with the necessary and suffice elements for creating GIFs and we strongly recommend it to all users.
