The design purpose of Imgboard Cloner was to facilitate prepping of images for display to an audience viewing a projector or other remote display device. Since ImgBoard Cloner supports transparency and can easily overlay screen images it also offers a simple a way to build quite complex montaged and layered images.

ImgBoard has two main modes. In 'Image" mode it can size, zoom and pan images within your desired window area. In "Capture mode it allows you to window and screen capture a portion of your monitor.

The resulting "Clone" image can be titled, rotated, bordered and moved to the remote display. The "Clone" can be set to "Stay on Top" of other windows and its transparency can be adjusted to bleed through other background images.

Clone images are quickly built, modified and saved with transparency. Clone adjustments to transparency allow interesting effects such as morphing of title or image sections such as a person's head.
