A handy image editing program.

PhoXo is an application which you can use to make some modifications to your image files. It supports several file types (e.g. JPG, BMP, PNG, GIF) and can be easily used by individuals of any experience level.
The interface of the program is plain and simple to navigate through. Pictures can be imported via the file browser or "drag and drop" method.
So, you can use some basic editing tools, such as select, move, pen, text, color picker, eraser, paint brush, clone and fill color, along with the cut, copy, paste, undo and redo functions.
Furthermore, you can adjust the brightness and contrast levels, apply filters (e.g. black and white, glow, soft portrait), zoom in and out, remove the red eye effect, flip and rotate pictures, add shadows and effects (e.g. blur, distort, blinds, solarize), and others.
The graphic editing tool takes up a low amount of system resources (which is barely noticeable), has a good response time, can guide you to a comprehensive tutorial with snapshots online, supports keyboard shortcuts and didn't freeze, crash or pop up errors during our tests. We strongly recommend PhoXo to all users.
