ZC Dream Photo Editor is an intuitive cross-platform utility built specifically for helping you design photo collages.

It sports a clean and straightforward interface that offers direct access to the files and folders stored in your computer. This way, you can easily insert the images in the working environment.

ZC Dream Photo Editor comes packed with various templates and several editing tools. The inserted objects can be easily moved to any area of the environment with the use of the mouse, and you can also cut, copy, delete, crop, rotate, or flip them.

The application gives you the possibility to work with multiple layers, and send the selected objects to the back or front. Plus, you can embed text messages which can be customized in terms of font style, number, color and alignment.

You can select between different border types, specify the size of the collage, pick the orientation (portrait or landscape), as well as select the background color or upload an image from the computer.

ZC Dream Photo Editor enables users to zoom in or out of the created collage, adjust the transparency level for each layer, and apply shadow effects.

The generated project can be saved to different image formats (JPG, BMP, GIF, PNG) or set as your current wallpaper. All unnecessary adjustments can be easily rolled back, thanks to its “Undo” button. What’s more, you can preview the collages in full screen mode.

During our testing we have noticed that the program offers excellent image quality, and no errors showed up throughout the entire process. It doesn’t eat up CPU and memory, so it remains light on the system resources.
