ChronoLapse is an easy to use tool that will enable you to create time lapses using screen captures, webcam captures, or both at the same time. This application also provides some rudimentary tools for annotating your time lapse, as well as creating a picture-in-picture effect with two sets of images.
Each piece of ChronoLapse's functionality has been created to work stand-alone to make the program more versatile. For example, you can easily capture with another program and create a PIP in ChronoLapse, or capture with ChronoLapse and annotate somewhere else.
