Although the interface is one of the things to be revised in the next versions, it still helps the app get the job done by presenting the large collection of frames right in the main window.

It's enough to open a photo stored on your local disks and pick one of the available frames, either by double clicking it or with the help of the dedicated “Apply” button.

As said, the application also provides basic editing features, such as crop, resize, rotate, remove red eye, lightness adjust, color adjust, add text and merge, which could be pretty useful to those who plan to make minor adjustments to their images.

Easy Photo Frame also comprises multiple effects, including gray, wave, shadow, blur, lens, round corner, tile, mosaic, twist and edge detect, again lending you a hand when trying to enhance the final product.

What's more, the program comes with support for the most popular image formats on the market, including BMP, GIF, JPG, PCX, PSP, PNG, TIF, TGA and PSD.

Other than that, it remains a simple software solution that does what it says, but nothing more. It doesn't slow down the system and it works just fine on all Windows versions, while remaining light on hardware resources even when performing the aforementioned editing tasks.

Overall, Easy Photo Frame is a tool to try, but beside the remarkable collection of frames, there's nothing to surprise you. And there are many things to be revised in the next versions, starting with the interface and ending with the help file.
