Phusk description
|
A fusker for Photobucket
Phusk is a Photobucket album fusker for you to use. It will try many common photo filenames and see if any pictures are found.
Most cameras use a similar pattern of file-names such as "DSC0001.JPG", "PICTURE001.jpg", "DCIM0001.JPG", "Photo001.jpg", or just "001.jpg". Phusk uses those and many more combinations.
Phusk has an advanced mode, where you can load your own possible Album Names and File-names to search for. You can also add: Dates (any format, between any years) Default lists (included with program) Every letter of length 1, 2, 3, and so on. A file containing filenames. PHUSK will automatically add ".jpg" after every item in the list if a file extension is not included. This feature orks well with dictionary files.
Note: your IP will get banned from photobucket if you try to use Phusk.
Here are some key features of "Phusk":
Speed:
· PHUSK has hundreds of pre-set file-names it will try. It tries many hundred per minute, at a rate of about 20 per second (more depending on your connection)
· PHUSK allows you to adjust how thoroughly it scans for pictures. You can set the search to be 'thorough' meaning it will search every possible file-name -- accurate but very, very slow (i.e. for Pic###.jpg, PHUSK will try Pic000.jpg, Pic001.jpg, Pic002.jpg, etc)
· You could have PHUSK simply 'skim' an account, trying random (but ordered) file-names looking for a picture -- not as accurate, but much faster (i.e. for Pic000.jpg, PHUSK will try Pic002.jpg, Pic015.jpg, Pic027.jpg, etc). You could also set PHUSK to try something in between 'skim' and 'thorough', to be more accurate but not waste as much time
Archiving:
· Phusk saves every found picture directly to your hard drive in a folder named after the PhotoBucket user. This is so you immediately own a copy of it, and if the user removes the photo, you still have your copy
Accuracy:
· If PHUSK finds a photo, it will search all possible photos by that name. i.e. if it finds "Pic583.JPG" it will search EVERYTHING from "Pic000.JPG" to "Pic999.JPG"
Sounds:
· Duke Nukem will encourage you during your fusks
