With so many graphics storage formats now available to users, multimedia libraries have become increasingly cumbersome and difficult to manage. PixiShot represents a possible solution for users with large pictures libraries, as it allows one to manage entire images folders and even issue basic disk commands.

The application can also display photos, both as thumbnails, but also in dedicated windows, with the built-in viewer. This module allows users to zoom in or out, as well as to toggle full-screen displays. A “Slideshow” option can be employed to generate presentations, complete with customized text strings.

Although highly useful, the viewer in itself does not represent the full potential of this tool, as managing and organizing multimedia libraries is what the program does best. Besides the highly-intuitive thumbnails display, which is a great method of quickly locating items, users can issue disk operations, such as batch renaming commands.

Other similar operations include bulk file transfers to new or existing folders, as well as export options to most common image formats, including JPGs, TIFFs, ICOs or TGAs. When exporting items, the utility allows users to select the quality of the output file, as well as to adjust other parameters, depending on the chosen format.

Users with ample libraries will appreciate the program's powerful filter algorithms that allow discarding unrated or untagged items; the application also features extensive metadata viewing and editing capabilities and file filters can also include metadata fields.

To conclude, PixiShot is a good solution for anyone with large multimedia libraries that contain documents in various formats.
