Video to Picture

Video to Picture is a fun software application designed to provide you with an efficient means of creating image sequences or GIF animations, by extracting frames from your favorite movies, music videos or YouTube clips.

The program supports numerous input video formats, namely AVI, MP4, MPEG, MKV, MOV and WMV. As for the conversion capabilities, Video to Picture can export images to JPG, GIF, BMP, PNG and other extensions with ease.
