dvisvgm is a simple and open source Command Line-based tool specially designed for TeX / LaTeX users.

dvisvgm is an accessible and handy instrument that can convert DVI files to the XML-based scalable vector graphics format SVG.

What's new in dvisvgm 1.3:

added support for hyperref specials
added command-line option --linkmark to select the way how to mark hyperlinked areas
dvisvgm builds for MiKTeX now try to access the Ghostscript DLL provided by MiKTeX so that
it's no longer necessary to install Ghostscript seperately
