    Channel Blur description

    This Paint.net plugin allows you to blur color channels separately.

    With Channel Blur, you can apply different levels of Gaussian blur to Red, Green, Blue and Alpha channels.

    Channel Blur allows you to choose the radius (strength) of the effect for each of the color channels, as well as a series of blend types.
