    Conditional Hue/Saturation Adjustment description

    This Paint.net plugin allows you to modify the hue and saturation of certain parts of an image.

    With Conditional Hue/Saturation Adjustment, you can select a color segment in the color wheel and adjust the hue and saturation for that color in your photo.

    Plus, Conditional Hue/Saturation Adjustment allows you to change the brightness of the photo as well.
