Liquid Rescale 0.3.0

Liquid Rescale is a GIMP plugin for resizing pictures non-uniformly while preserving their features, i.e. avoiding distortion of the important parts.

It supports manual feature selection, and you can also use it to remove portions of the picture in a consistent way.

Requirements:

· GIMP 2.2.13 or newer


NOTE: The plugin is incompatible with the PortableApps GIMP version. Also, in order to make sure that your download is successful, right click and choose "Save as�" (otherwise you will only see a bunch of random characters).
