Mosaic Toolkit provides 9 styles of mosaic (Squares, Rings, Stars, Triangles and others) and 21 ways of blending them with the initial picture.

With Mosaic Toolkit, you can choose to apply the effect either on the background, or on the foreground - if not both.

The plugin allows you to choose the size of the mosaic cells and the brightness and contrast of the image.
