Alternate Pic View

Editing photos and image files is in our nature, which is why Alternate Pic View came to be. The app does pretty much what the name implies, being one particular option for any user out there to improve images by adjusting some of the simpler aspects of such a file. I found the interface to be simple, even basic, as some would put it, yet the results were outstanding.

I can't stress enough how easy it felt for me to work with this program. It does seem to look a lot like Microsoft's original Paint application, and even features tools that look a lot like the ones you'd find there. Every particular aspect is neatly placed in categories, which is why I think you can't get lost even if you wanted to in its menus. The central piece is of course your image file. Various pens and pencils are available for any digital additions you might want to integrate into your files.

Some might argue the application is too simple, yet if you understand that the whole purpose behind it is to be simple, you also get why the interface and all other functions have not been upgraded with lots of bells and whistles. For me, this was an efficient application which in many cases can prove to be effective. It can increase productivity and overall help users avoid complicated situations involving intricate software solutions.

Alternate Pic View is a simple application dedicated to helping users improve their image files, all while not having to deal with very complex programs and functions that end up annoying you and also ruining your images in the first place. I also appreciated very much the more simplistic approach to its look and feel. It does manage to keep its promise, that's for sure.
