Image Scaler 1.2.1.11

Image scale, resize and crop program
Image Scaler is a simple-to-use program with a pretty suggestive title - it lets you change the size of your pictures.

This is a portable application, so installing Image Scaler is not necessary. You can simply place the tool on a removable device (like a USB flash drive), plug it into any computer and directly run its executable file.

But what's more important is the fact that no changes will be made to your Windows registry items.

The interface of Image Scaler is clean and intuitive. Pictures can be imported via the file browser only, because the "drag and drop" method is not supported (and neither is batch processing).

Besides setting the new width and height of the picture and selecting the scaling filters, you can also copy it to the clipboard, flip or rotate it, as well as apply few effects (gamma correction, lighten, darken, mix with color).

The image processing tool requires a low-to-moderate amount of system resources, quickly finishes a task and manages to preserve a good image quality. It can be easily used by novices. On the other hand, Image Scaler offers limited features.

For example, you cannot configure program settings (e.g. enable the software to automatically run at system startup) or have the option to automatically overwrite the original files instead of creating new ones. We recommend Image Scaler with reservations.
