TwinView Plus

TwinView Plus represents a software solution to viewing and editing TwinView (e.g. DWG, DWF, DGN), Raster (e.g. BMP, JPG, GIF), Plot (e.g. HGL, HPG, HPGL) and Vector files (e.g. RDL, DXF). It addresses all types of users, regardless of their skill level.

The app is wrapped in a professional-looking interface with a fairly intuitive layout, where you can import files into the workspace by using only the file browser, since "drag and drop" is not supported.

Aside from viewing content, you can zoom in and out (with support for dynamic zoom), prepare items for printing (batch mode is supported), rotate them, as well as measure distances with lines and areas with rectangles.

It is also possible to compare the drawings of two files, use a search function, check out markups, as well as copy a selection to the Clipboard.

A few configuration options are available through the Settings screen. You can allow multiple instances, change the appearance mode, configure fonts, establish XRefs and AutoCAD directories, set file associations and make adjustments to the graphics (e.g. raster quality, anti-aliasing, compression), to name but a few.

The application needs a pretty high quantity of CPU and system memory, has a good response time and contains user documentation. No error dialogs have been shown in our tests and the program did not hang or crash; we haven't encountered any issues. TwinView Plus comes packed with some useful features for viewing CAD and image files, which should be appealing to all types of users.
