While it’s certain that you have multiple tools installed on the computer to read all sorts of files, everything would be a lot easier if you only had to use one program for everything. Redplayer is a simple app that can play a wide range of files.

It comes with a simple interface and a clean layout, which means the app should be easy to figure out by all users. As mentioned, it comes with several features that enable you to play a variety of files.

For instance, you can view DVDs and movies, regular videos, load playlists, flash files, images and even audio tracks. The file format list supported by this tool is lengthy and includes MPG, MPEG, MPA, AVI, WMV, ASF, DAT, M3U, SWF, JPG, JPEG, BMP, MP3, OGG, WAV and WMA, to name just a few.

The player covers the entire screen with a black background, while the actual app is delimited by red lines. You may add files individually or in bulk by selecting an entire folder. When playing music files, you may also load visualizations to go along with the beats of the song.

All in all, Redplayer is a nice tool that has plenty of features. Despite the fact that it doesn’t have advanced features, its ability to open all types of media files, including music, videos and images makes up for any other lacking areas. Less experienced individuals should find it easy to handle, thanks to the intuitive layout.
