CoffeeCup PixConverter

CoffeeCup PixConverter is a free and approachable application that facilitates file type conversion in batch mode for photos. It offers support for JPEG, GIF, PCX, PNG, BMP and TIF file extensions, for both input and output.

The tool lets you correct the picture rotation and it contains predefined output settings to prepare files for uploading on websites (including Flickr and auction sites), emailing, and CD burning. Plus, it can create thumbnail HTML pages with custom properties.

After a brief setup operation that shouldn't give you any trouble, you are welcomed by a user-friendly interface made from a large frame with a neatly structured layout, where you can add image files or entire directories, as well as view the name, format and full path of each entry in the list.
