Moo0 Image Thumbnailer is a very simple, yet practical Windows tool that, as the name implies, is capable of creating thumbnails from full-sized images. It offers support for JPG, GIF, PNG and BMP formats.

The setup procedure is very fast. However, users should be careful when going through the setup stages, as Moo0 Image Thumbnailer offers to download and install other apps (from the same developer) that it does not actually need to work properly.

The interface is made from a small, rectangular window, where you can import image files by dragging them into the drop box.

You can ask Moo0 Image Thumbnailer to create a tile or flat thumbnail, set the title name, as well as choose the sample image size.

You can disable the frame from staying on top of other windows and pick another language for the interface.
