POP Image Tools is a collection of image converters designed to help you transform images and to create animations with minimum effort. The pack includes two applications that allow you to create animated GIFs and Flash movies by combining multiple images.
The third application is designed to help you change the format of the image, its size and the file name. It can handle multiple images in a single operation and also enables you to transform the image by applying filters and effects.
