Once the input pictures are selected, you can change their order in the list as you consider fit. There is a removal button that allows you to delete a file from the list, in case you added it by mistake.

You can start the conversion by pressing the designated button, but things are not that easy. In order to convert the pictures, a virtual PDF printer is required and JPG to PDF Converter offers to download such an application to your computer.

This is a major drawback, since the application is practically useless if a PDF printer is not installed on your system. Practically, its main functionality is to help you select the JPG pictures, since all the work is done by the virtual PDF printer utility.

If a PDF printer is available, the 'Print Pictures' wizard is opened, enabling you to specify the desired paper size, customize the page layout and set the output location.

Although easy to use and without a price tag, JPG to PDF Converter does not serve its purpose as it should, since it cannot perform the conversion without a licensed PDF printing software. Its functionality depends on this type of third party applications and the worst part is that the majority of such tools is not distributed for free (trial or demo licenses, with limitations such as watermarks on the generated document).
