Viewing the preferred movies is still a favorite pastime for a lot of people and those using a computer to watch them on could need some codecs in order to be able to view certain fileypes.

Satuski Decoder Pack is a suite of tools that's supposed to help you play every single multimedia file format in existence. It is a bit different than all codecs packs out there because this product doesn't contain codecs, it relies instead on decoders and filters.

Installing Satsuki Decoder Pack is not the easiest thing in the world because you have to carefully choose the options during setup. You have at your disposal different players to choose from to be used for audio, video and DVD playback.

There's no interface, as is the case with similar codec and decoder packs, instead you get a 'Control Panel' that you can use to perform some configurations for the tools included in the pack. You can also set the file associations for all the supported video and audio filetypes.

During our tests, Satsuki Decoder Pack really did it's job well and helped us play all multimedia formats we tried. It can handle all the common ones but also some less familiar to all users, like OFR and OFS, XCD or XVD.

All things considered, Satsuki Decoder Pack is a decent solution for all those who had problems with codecs and movie playback in general. It works well and requires very little resources so it deserves at least a try.
