4Media iPhone Video Converter is an application with a pretty suggestive title - it lets you encode video files to various media formats supported by iPhone, such as MPEG, WAV, MP3 and MP4.
The interface of the tool is simplistic and pretty intuitive. Video tracks can be imported into the list by using either the file browser or "drag and drop" method. Batch conversion is permitted.
In the list you can check out the name, length, output format and size, as well as status of each video. So, once you set the output profile and location, you can initiate the encoding process.
But you can also change audio and video settings regarding quality, frame rate, size, aspect ratio, sampling rate, volume, channels, bit rate, encode mode and others.
In addition, you can split videos by time or size, preview clips in a built-in media player and take snapshots, set the CPU core number, create a new output profile, set post-task actions (e.g. log off, hibernate), change the interface skin and language, make 4Media iPhone Video Converter run in the background, use a bit rate calculator, view file properties, and more.
The simple-to-use program runs on a high amount of system resources, includes a short help file, quickly finishes a task and manages to keep a very good image and sound quality in the output videos. We haven't come across any issues during our tests, since 4Media iPhone Video Converter did not freeze, crash or pop up errors. We highly recommend this tool to all users.
