ALLConverter to 3GP Portable

ALLConverter to 3GP Portable is an application with a pretty self-explanatory title - it can encode media files of multiple formats (e.g. AVI, ASF, WMV, MP3, WAV) to the 3GP extension, supported by mobile phones.

The interface of the software resembles the look of a mobile phone, but it is simple to work with. Once you import media via the file browser or "drag and drop" method, conversion will be automatically initiated. Batch processing is not supported.

You can load a subtitle and change the interface language, as well as pause or stop the conversion task.

The simple-to-use program runs on a moderate amount of system resources and quickly finishes an encoding job without freezing, crashing or popping up errors.

On the other hand, ALLConverter to 3GP Portable has plenty of downsides - batch processing is not supported and you cannot configure audio and video settings or specify the output destination (videos are automatically placed in the same location as the originals).

ALLConverter to 3GP Portable automatically overwrites files with the same names and stays on top of other applications (this option cannot be changed). Plus, we were unable to open a file which had been converted from AVI. We suggest you look for something more advanced than ALLConverter to 3GP Portable.
