All Video to 3GP Converter is an application that can encode several video formats, including ASF, AVI, MOV, FLV and SWF to the 3GP or MP3 format.
The user interface of the program is clean and intuitive. You can import videos by using the file browser. The "drag and drop" method is not supported but batch processing is.
So, all you have to do is select the output folder and profile, and initiate the conversion process.
In addition, you can edit the profile description, save, delete or add new profiles, as well as configure audio and video settings when it comes to the bit rate, sample frequency rate, codec and size.
Furthermore, you can merge videos before converting them, preview the source videos, set the start and end time (so, All Video to 3GP Converter is also a video splitter), as well as set the default aspect ratio, enable a user overlay logo image, and more.
During conversion, you can set the program to display the list of files and to automatically shut down the PC when it finishes.
The application takes up a moderate amount of system resources and includes a step-by-step guide with snapshots. The image and sound quality in the output videos is pretty good. However, the demo version displays a watermark right in the middle of the videos.
Also, we have encountered a few issues during our tests. For instance, we were not able to convert videos to the MP3 format and All Video to 3GP Converter froze once when attempting to batch convert two files. After this point, errors kept popping up and we had to reinstall the application.
All in all, All Video to 3GP Converter is a very good tool for encoding media files to the 3GP extensions. But it needs some debugging, since this version is not very stable. We suggest you test it for yourself.
