Aplus FLV to AVI Converter is an application that you can use to encode video clips of several formats (e.g. ASF, FLV, MOV, MPG, WMV) to the AVI extension. It can be used by both novices and experienced individuals.

The interface of the program is plain and simple to work with. Video files can be imported into the list by using the file browser only, since the "drag and drop" method is not supported. Batch processing is allowed.

In the queue you can read the name, start and end time, output and progress of each video clip. Once you establish the output destination, you can proceed with the encoding job.

You can change audio and video preferences when it comes to the type, size, bit rate, frame rate, aspect ratio, channel mode, sample frequency rate and volume.

Plus, you can preview clips in a built-in media player and trim them by marking the start and end position, remove an item from the list or clear the entire queue, as well as enable Aplus FLV to AVI Converter to automatically turn off the computer once all tasks are finished.

The video conversion tool takes up a moderate-to-high amount of system resources, has a fair response time, quickly finishes a task and generally manages to keep a good image and sound quality.
