DVDSubber is a software program that can display missing subtitle tracks when you play a DVD movie.

Last but not least, the program synchronizes the subs to the movie you are watching with the help of time codes. This means that no matter what actions are taken (fast forward, skip, etc.), the written words will always match the audio.
