As the name of this software implies, Tipard Creative Zen Video Converter allows you to encode media files to formats supported by Zen devices, such as AVI, MP4, MPG and MP3.

The interface of the application is clean and intuitive. Media files can be added to the queue by using the file browser or treeview only, since the "drag and drop" method is not supported. Batch conversion is possible.

In the list you can check out the name, original and trimmed length, along with output profile and name of each media file. After you set the output destination and file type, you can proceed with the encoding job.

But you can also change audio and video options when it comes to the encoder, frame rate, resolution, bit rate, channel mode and sample frequency rate. Settings can be saved to a new profile or restored to their default values.

You can preview clips in a built-in media player and capture frames, trim them by marking the start and end position or time values, crop videos, add watermarks (text or image), make image adjustments (e.g. contrast, hue), select the audio track and subtitle language, enable Tipard Creative Zen Video Converter to automatically turn off the computer or to open the output directory after encoding, set the CPU core number in use, and others.

The media conversion software runs on a moderate amount of system resources, has a good response time, quickly finishes a task and manages to keep a good image and sound quality.
