Capturex is a DirectShow is a handy program that allows you to capture images from video files. You can use it to save snapshots from yout favorite movies to a wide range of image formats BMP, JPG, GIF, WMF, EMF, TIFF, PNG, ICO, PCX or JPG.
The program can use external video capture devices such as video cameras and allows you to capture multiple images with the Batch Capture command.
