AVC Streaming Plugin for WMP is the package of components for receiving and decoding media data from network (UDP, RTP over UDP, TCP, RTP over TCP) with the RTSP protocol support.

The AVC Streaming Plugin can decode MPEG-2 video (ISO/IEC 13818-7), MPEG-4 (ISO/IEC 14496-3) AAC audio and AVC/H.264 (MPEG-4 P.10 ISO/IEC 14496-10) only from the network.
