Judging by the program's GUI, it's indeed one of the products that could come in handy, especially because everything is impressively easy to use.
The application comprises just a few options, all grouped in the same window, so users shouldn't encounter too many problems when trying to cut a specific video.
The whole process actually comes down to a few simple steps, so besides loading the clip, you have nothing else to do than to input the start and the end times.
The problem is that you need to manually input these values because Free Video Cutter doesn't comprise a built-in video player, so users have to open the video in a stand-alone application and select the two points separately.
