The KinGsub application was designed to fix hebrew subtitles being reversed and other functions.
The command line feature of KinGsub is for fixing problems with subtitles that you have ripped from DVD with SubRip program.
Options: 1,2,6,9,10,11,14 support only MicroDVD - sub file
Options: 3,4,5,7,8,12,13,15 support both MicroDVD - sub, and SubRip - srt
NOTE: Subtitles formats are MicroDVD and SubRip so make sure you have a 'sub' file like: {106}{124} or 'srt' file like: 00:02:06,800 --> 00:02:11,160
