It allows you to burn your videos on disc and watch them on TV The name says it all: MAGIX Movies on CD & DVD transfers your precious movies on CD or DVD. Regardless if you capture from a camera or from a VCR, all your films can be transferred to your computer, have their sound and picture digitally restored and burned onto CD or DVD.
With MAGIX Movies on CD & DVD you can digitally optimise your old VHS tapes at the touch of a button, copy films from your camcorder or import films in DivX format. It is your personal video optimiser, film copier, video recorder and internet moviemaker.
Digital videos from a digital camera or analogue films from a VCR are captured here using the record function. Each time a new capture is completed, you can decide whether you want to add it to an existing film or save it as a new file. Thus, you can you can easily put all your holiday videos into a single movie.
All scenes of a movie can be arranged in any order you want. For more detailed arrangement, switch to 'Timeline' mode. Here you can view and edit audio and video tracks separately. The sound and video editing tools allow you to bring out the best in your recordings.
When you are satisfied with your finished movie, you can burn it onto a Video-CD, Super Video-CD, DVD or Mini-DVD . The menu will automatically detect the disc you put into your burner. You can also add menus and cool designs to your DVD.
MAGIX Movies on CD & DVD allows you to import files in the following formats: ■ Video for Windows ■ DV-AVI (*.avi) ■ MPEG 1/2/4 (*.mpg,*.mp2,*.mpeg) ■ MAGIX video (*.mxv)
