To use this program, you need an MPEG stream, captured perhaps from a video cd as long data (blocks of 930h).

This program makes a pure video stream, packets of length 914h, without audio ready for use with some mpeg players, also as input to SEEMPEG.

MAKEVID mpegname.mpg mpegname.vid

if you leave off the second file name, the first name is used with a .vid extension.
