Sensory Effect Simulator, also known as SESim is an accessible and Open Source application that provides means for simulating multimedia content.
The simulation is done with the help of sensory effects based on the MPEG-V: Media Context and Control standard.
Requirements:
· Java 1.6 Update 17 or higher
· VideoLan Player (VLC) 1.1.0 or higher
· Apache Ant

· if location attribute is missing for light effects default everywhere is selected
