WDTV ThumbGen is a straight-forward application that can help you find movie posters from various movie review websites.
Can generate thumbnails of various sizes including 120x160, 120x180, 150x200, 163x245, 180x240, 200x300, 225x300, 240x360. It features smart detection of the movie by folder name or filename (incl. user defined blacklist of words to be skipped).
Here are some key features of "WDTV ThumbGen":
· User is free to choose movie folders or individual movie files
· A selected image can be used for all files in the current folder (nice for series)
· Entire folder can be skipped during processing
· Manual adjustment of the search keywords at any time
· Possibility to select a thumbnail for a folder that has no movies inside (quite useful for series root folder)
· Autoupdate mechanism to keep user up-to-date
· Add episode numbers over the selected thumbnail (the user decides text, font, color and position)
