iConf SDK description
iConf SDK is a real-time video, audio and text conferencing ActiveX SDK
This real-time video, audio and text conferencing ActiveX SDK, is a useful and easy to use answer to your questions about creating a full featured video conferencing application in Delphi, Visual Studio.NET or any other development tool which allows the use of ActiveX components.
Using iConf, you will have your first conferencing application up and running in just minutes. Whether you are looking to build a simple Server to Client application, or a more sophisticated 2 way conferencing application, iConf will make the job easier for you.
The iConf ActiveX framework consists of one Server (iConfServer component) and one Client (iConfClient component) which communicate with each other. Each iConfClient component connects to a iConfServer component and can receives video, audio and text data from
it.
The iConf SDK has been designed to be easy to use and to help you develop a video conferencing application or integrate conferencing features into an application that you are developing, in just a few minutes.
Video encoding/decoding is managed using our proprietary low bitrate Video Encoding Engine which comes in the form of 2 redistributable dlls included with the SDK.
Audio encoding is done using the G723 standard.

· Video capture card or camera that provides a DirectX compatible capture driver
