Running the application brings up a pretty compact main window with all features in plain sight. A preview area lets you analyze frames to view the difference, several sliders give you control over additional corrections, with the process being triggered at the press of a button.

File support is decent and by simply dragging them around you can easily edit formats like AVI, MPG, WMV, MP4, M4V, 3GP, RM, FLV, SWF, MKV, WEBM, MOV, VOB, ASF, TS and MTS. What's more, the same number are available when exporting your work.

It's not all fun and games and you quickly realize not a lot of potential is found under the hood. Every aspect feels rough, with no possibility to have the video continuously played and each frame needs to be previewed to see a difference.

What's more, there aren't any options related to quality whatsoever, with the only options when exporting being to pick desired format. Running the newly created file leaves more to be desired, with a considerable amount of loss in quality. Sure, outlines and certain elements distinguish a little better, but this is only because of processing tools used which put an emphasis on pixels, with a negative visual impact.

Taking everything into consideration, we can say that Blurry Video Clearer is far from being a pro of its kind, starting with the rough interface and ending with the poor quality of generated clips. The intention is good and operations properly performed, but it's done at the cost of precious quality, with little to no control over the situation.
