    This software will enable you to watch your favorite videos

    Image By Image is a video player (AVI and WMV) who allows to view video image by image.

    For a capture of image in a video, use the program CaptureScreen, and in Windows Media Player right-click for contextual menu access, select "Options", click on the "Performance" tab and slide the "Video Performance - Hardware Acceleration" tab down, all the way to none.
