Internet TV Player is a program which allows you to access TV and radio stations online, from all over the world.
If you are installing this software on Windows 7, then make sure you run it with administrative privileges, since it pops up an error otherwise.
The interface of the tool is plain and simple. On the left side of the screen you can view a list of all radio and TV channels that are currently available, categorized by country of origin.
So, you can pause and stop the stream, as well as adjust the volume and switch to full screen mode.
But you can also filter results according to bandwidth, libraries and country, create a favorites list, use a search function, as well as change the interface language and skin.
The program uses a moderate amount of system resources and includes a FAQ page. Internet TV Player didn't freeze or crash during our tests. The image and sound quality varies from channel to channel, from very good to poor.
Evidently, there are some channels that don't work. But we didn't expect this list to be long. Also, Internet TV Player requires you to separately install third-party components in order to fully function, but it doesn't guide you in any way to that direction.
All in all, Internet TV Player is a decent tool for playing online TV and radio but we recommend it with reservations.
