Speed Touch Speed Monitor shows you a real-time graphical representation of the download and upload rate of your modem, in order to keep an eye on incoming and outgoing network traffic.

Installation is not necessary, which makes Speed Touch Speed Monitor portable. You can just run the EXE file from any directory on the hard drive, or save the app to a USB flash drive to run it on any computer rapidly.
