Well, how about that… Your almighty security suite with antivirus, antispyware, firewall and stuff like that was unable to defend your computer when under attack from all over the Internet?
It’s probably the time to look somewhere else and it’s definitely the moment when you should try a dedicated tool to protect your Internet connection.
Anti Netcut promises to guard your Internet connection when you’re assaulted by NetCut, Arp Spoofer or ARP spoofing weapons that might after all disconnect the machine from the web.
The developer probably thought that simplicity is the right path to success, so Anti Netcut is just a simple tool that comes with a minimal interface (if that can really be called an interface) and just a few settings.
Installing an application has never been easier because it’s all just a matter of Nexts, but you’ll still have to deal with some sort of configuration screen where you have to write down your MAC address and the network card you wish to protect.
After that, you’re on the safe side, or that’s what Anti Netcut claims. You can still see who tried to take you down by right clicking the icon in the System Tray and repair the original settings in case something went wrong.
All in all, Anti Netcut is nothing more than a simple utility that tries to play the role of your personal bodyguard. And thank God we’re still okay because apparently nobody tried to cut our Internet connection while testing the application…
