    MiniPing is designed to keep your Internet connection active, in order to avoid disconnections due to inactivity.

    The application runs in your system tray and pings an online resource every 60 seconds to prevent your connection from appearing 'idle'. Its advantage is that it uses less than 1 KB of your bandwidth per hour.
